Kitchen cabinet refacing is the best way to completely update the syle of your kitchen, for a fraction of the cost and time of a full remodeling project. Your existing cabinet doors, drawer fronts and hardware will be removed, but the existing cabinet boxes will be retained. New doors, door fronts and hardware will be installed in a color and style of your choice, and your existing cabinets boxes with be color matched for a seamless, brand new look and feel.

We start with a custom measurement of your current kitchen cabinet openings ("the boxes")

Each and every door and drawer front is reviewed with the customer to ensure size, layout and hardware positioning is accurately considered.

Our Doors and Drawer Fronts are ONE-PEICE, HIGH DENSITY FIBER (HDF) solid doors that are not subject to expanding and contracting when humidity levels fluctuate, which means that warping and cracking are no longer anything to worry about!

Our factory paint application is also more resistance to water damage and chemicals than traditional cabinet finishes.

Whitney Cabinet Doors are ultra-fine vacuum sanded and coated in ICRO W5000, 10 sheen

 

Day 1: 

- Old Doors, Hinges and Drawer Fronts are Removed 

- Kitchen Floor, Countertops, Appliances and Ceiling are completely masked and prepared for fine-finish spray application.

- Cabinets are Degreased with a Drill Brush and Microfiber Cleaned.

- Cabinets are Vacuum Sanded (exterior casing only - glass interiors with shelves)

- Old Hinge Holes are all filled.

- The Cabinet Openings are Masked to protect the inside of the cabinets. 

Day 2: 

- We spray Fine-Finish High-Build Stain-Blocking Primer (Two coats) - Tritech T4

Day 3:

- The Primer gets Sanded to a Vacuum Fine-Finish using Very-Fine Foam pads.

- Top Paint Coat is applied (Color)

- Top Paint Coat is Vacuum sanded with Ultra-Fine Foam pads

- FINISH PAINT COAT is applied. (Color)

Day 4: 

- Masking is all removed

- New Doors and Drawer Fronts are Installed with Soft Close Hinges and the hardware you selected.
